Unopened Products: You may return any unopened and unused products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.
Damaged or Defective Products: If you get a damaged or faulty product, please contact customer support right away. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund. Please note that claims for damaged or defective products must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items: Some products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. These include, but are not limited to, opened cannabis products, perishable goods, and final sale items.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact Customer Support: To return an item, please email our support team at sales@buyweedtexas.com. Include your order number and a short issue description. Our team will guide you through the return process. We will provide a return authorization.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. This is unless the product is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or buying shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Return Address: Our support team will send you the return address and instructions once your return is authorized.
3. Refund Process
Inspection and Approval: We will inspect your returned item. It must meet the eligibility criteria. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.
Refund Method: Refunds will go to the original payment method used. Your bank or credit card company may take time to process and post the refund.
