Unopened Products: You may return any unopened and unused products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.

We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund. Please note that claims for damaged or defective products must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. This is unless the product is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or buying shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

3. Refund Process

Inspection and Approval: We will inspect your returned item. It must meet the eligibility criteria. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.
